The All Tags tab displays a table of all tags applied within your project. It helps you review, organize, and manage tag-related metadata efficiently.

Export Tags
This screen allows you to export data from the Tags section of a project in your ANT portal. Here's a breakdown of the export options available:


1. Export Format
Choose how you’d like to export your data:
Spreadsheet: Export your data as an Excel (
.xlsx
) or CSV file.Report: Export a formatted document for presentations or documentation.
Project: Export in REFI-QDA format to import into QDA software like NVivo, MAXQDA, or ATLAS.ti.
What to Export
Decide what subset of the data you want to include:
All data: Exports everything listed under the Tags view.
Filtered data: Only the data that matches your current filter settings (disabled if no filters are applied).
Selected data: Only the specific rows you’ve manually selected in the list (disabled if no rows are selected).
Format
Choose the file format for your export. This dropdown is context-sensitive and will show appropriate formats (e.g., .xlsx
, .csv
) based on your selected export type.
Options
Export visible columns only: Enable this checkbox to export only the columns currently visible on your screen (e.g., Speaker, Created By, Code Name, etc.). If unchecked, all available columns will be included in the export.
Actions
Cancel: Close the export dialog without downloading anything.
Export: Download the file using the selected configuration
