How to Upload Your Zoom Recordings for Transcription

Uploading your Zoom recordings for transcription is quick and easy! Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Access the Uploader:


    • Navigate to the Projects page and click Create Project.

    • Alternatively, go to the Files page and click Upload Files, or use the Upload Icon on the Editor page.


  2. Choose Zoom Integration:


    • In the uploader, click the Add Files button on the left-hand side.

    • Select Zoom from the available options.


  3. Connect Your Zoom Account:


    • A popup will appear asking you to connect your Zoom account. Log in to your Zoom account and grant the necessary permissions to allow us to access your recordings.


  4. View and Select Your Recordings:


    • Once connected, you’ll see a list of your Zoom recordings from the past 30 days. You can adjust the date filter if needed.

    • Select the recordings you’d like to transcribe.


  5. Submit Your Files:


    • After selecting the files, click Submit to proceed. You’ll see an order preview on the right side.

    • Confirm your selection and the files will be uploaded into the folder you’ve created or chosen.


  6. Start Transcription:


    • Once your files are uploaded, the transcription process will begin. You’ll be notified once the transcript is ready.

⚙️ Manage Your Zoom Integration in Profile Settings

In addition to uploading files via the Uploader, you can manage your Zoom account connection directly from your profile settings.

🔄 Connect Your Zoom Account via Settings

  1. Go to your Profile Settings.


  2. Navigate to the Integrations section.


  3. Click Connect Zoom.


  4. A new window will appear prompting you to log into Zoom.


  5. Sign in and authorize access to complete the connection.


Once connected, your Zoom recordings will be available for transcription under the “Zoom” option in the Uploader.



❌ Disconnect Zoom Integration

If you wish to remove your Zoom connection:

  1. Return to your Profile Settings.


  2. Under Integrations, locate Zoom.


  3. Click Disconnect.


  4. Confirm your action in the popup dialog.


This will revoke access to your Zoom recordings and disable future uploads via Zoom integration unless reconnected.

  • Ensure your Zoom account has cloud recording enabled.


  • Recordings are available in the integration only for the past 30 days by default.


You can reconnect your Zoom account at any time through Profile Settings.
